Move Forward

90-minute Initial Consultation - We will review your intake forms and any recent lab results, obtain pertinent medical history, diet history, and discuss your goals. Initial recommendations will be provided to get you started on your path to achieving those goals.
Continue the Journey

55-minute Follow Up - Interventions and any new lab results will be reviewed. We will work together to create a plan for diet, lifestyle, and supplement changes that are manageable for you and focused on your goals.
Starter Package $635
Includes Initial Consultation plus 6 follow up sessions (to be scheduled within 4 months of initial consultation). This includes summaries provided after each session and unlimited messaging with your nutritionist through a secure messaging portal.
Complete Starter Package $970
Includes Initial Consultation plus 10 follow up sessions (to be scheduled within 6 months of initial consultation). This includes summaries provided after each session and unlimited messaging with your nutritionist through a secure messaging portal.
3 Session Follow Up Package $250
Includes 3 Follow Up sessions. Summaries provided after each session and unlimited messaging with your nutritionist through a secure messaging portal.
6 Session Follow Up Package $490

Grocery Store Visit $100
75-minute visit to the grocery store of your choice with a nutritionist! If you tend to feel overwhelmed with the choices at the grocery store, then this is for you. Learn tips for reading food labels and choosing foods that align with your nutritional needs and health goals.
I generally recommend supplements that are available through Fullscript, an online dispensary. You can access Fullscipt here if you have not been emailed an invitation to join.
I do not currently accept insurance. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA card for payment if your plan allows coverage for nutrition services.
